Carpool Arrival and Departing Traffic Pattern

Closings & Delay Openings
In general, we follow closing, delayed opening, and/or early dismissal announcements for the Prince Georges County Schools.  There are some cases (i.e. power outage or extended closure due to snow) where we may decide to open when PG County schools are closed.  If PG County Schools are scheduled to not be in session, we will let you know in advance to follow Anne Arundel County Schools or listen for the announcement on WBAL (1090 AM) or WTOP (1500 AM).  Delayed openings and early dismissals are announced in terms of hours. Just use the normal arrival and dismissal times  to calculate when to arrive or pick up your student(s).

Hot Lunch Schedule 
     Tuesdays
            Grades K-2  Pizza
            Grades 3-8  Sandwich Selection (rotates monthly)
    Thursdays
            Grades 3-8  Pizza
            Grades K-2  Sandwich Selection (rotates monthly)

Important Notes:  Each entrée is one hot lunch coupon per item except for the months when Chik-Fil-A nuggets and chicken sandwiches are offered.  Chicken sandwiches are two coupons.  Hot lunch coupons ($15.00/page of 12coupons) must be purchased and completed by parents prior to use.  The deadline for ordering on hot lunch day is 9:30 a.m.  If your student comes to school without a lunch and without a previously purchased and completed coupon, they will have to purchase an emergency lunch at the office.  Misplaced hot-lunch coupons will not be replaced.  Coupons purchase with cash only.
